Hi, I’m Yulia. I’m 42, from Ukraine, a wife and a mother. When the war began, I had to leave my home and start a new life in the UK.  It hasn’t been easy — but through it all, nature has been my refuge. I believe nature has the power to heal — our hearts, our minds, and our bodies.
